The Estate presents everything you have dreamt of, with a beautiful purpose built air-conditioned marquee for an intimate reception that spills out onto the manicured Croquet Lawn where your guests will enjoy drinks and games. The Homestead is a late nineteenth century traditional home perfect for your wedding night.
As you stroll through the landscaped gardens you will discover endless backdrops including the fountains, heritage barn, beautiful countryside views and many private ceremonial sanctuaries that are the perfect place for you to say I do.

Your Ceremony
Burnham Estate offers five manicured garden ceremony spaces, offering an abundance of opportunity to create your dream wedding.
Set upon our 45-acre property are the Peppercorn Chapel, finished with a unique, open-air chapel, The Heritage Barn, built in the 1860's, perfect for a rustic ceremony, The Views, offering an intimate ceremony space overlooking the rolling fields, The Secret Garden, an intimate garden space enclosed by high hedges, hiding gracefully amongst our fountains, and the Palm Garden, recently updated to feature a weather-proof, black framed, clear marquee ensuring the view of our palm tree's is not interrupted, and weather can not distrupt your perfect garden wedding.
Croquet Lawn
The Croquet Lawn and Cocktail Lounge is the ideal space for your guests to enjoy drinks and canapés between the formalities of your ceremony and reception. Set the scene with lawn games, as your guests relax amongst our casual outdoor furniture also inclusive within the wedding collection. You can add on additional wine barrels, stools or even a giant LED LOVE sign!
Your Reception
The gorgeous purpose-built, air conditioned Garden Marquee is the perfect space for a glamorous reception. You have the flexibility to style the area from top to bottom whether it be beautiful & elegant or simplistic and charming, the choice is yours!

The entire property is yours exclusively for the duration of your wedding. This includes the many backdrops available for your photography, your guests can explore the manicured gardens for their Insta worthy pics, and complete attention of our dedicated event managers for your special day.
The marquee features 2 clear walls to bring the garden inside, creating a beautiful backdrop for your guests to enjoy. Climate controlled, as your guests comfort is important to us. Guests are seated beneath the twinkling festoon lights and 4 elegant chandeliers. You can choose from round tables, rectangular tables or a mixture to suit, making it your own with your choice of black or white bentwood chairs.
Accomodation
The Burnham Estate Homestead was one of the earliest built on Cawdor Road in Camden by the Wheeler family in the late 1880’s. The charming heritage Homestead is perfect for you to celebrate the weekend in style.

The Homestead is yours on your wedding night as part of our Wedding Package for either the bride or groom (or both!) to get ready in with their wedding party.

The Homestead boasts a luxurious preparation space with multiple stations for hair and make-up preparation that will make you feel like you are in your own salon.
